As we work with the City of Fredericksburg through the process of rezoning, we have submitted different iterations of our General Development Plan (GDP). See below for the most recent version of our GDP.
We plan to build Jeremiah Community in phases (with phase one including the construction of 50 small homes, and associated infrastructure). The GDP includes this first phase, as well as the future vision.
Perhaps years down the road, Jeremiah Community will include up to 109 small homes and other buildings for supportive services, all included in our GDP.
