We plan to build Jeremiah Community in phases (with phase one including the construction of 50 small homes, and associated infrastructure). The GDP includes this first phase, as well as the future vision. Perhaps years down the road, Jeremiah Community will include up to 109 small homes and other buildings for supportive services, all included in our GDP.
Now that we have secured rezoning with the City of Fredericksburg, we are deep in the site development and planning process with our team of experienced engineers and contractors.
