Micah Ministries owns a parcel of land in the Central Park Townhomes area of Fredericksburg (formerly called Bragg Hill), behind the Kingdom Family Worship Center and the Sunshine Ballpark. The site is a total of 31 acres, with 18 of those acres able to be developed. The site passed through the rezoning process with the City of Fredericksburg in January 2025, and we are deep in the site development and planning process with our team.
We plan to build Jeremiah Community in phases (with phase one including the construction of 50 small homes, with a large Community Center, and associated infrastructure). The Site Plan includes this first phase, as well as the future vision. Perhaps years down the road, Jeremiah Community will include up to 109 small homes and other buildings for supportive services, all included in our Site Plan.
Now that we have secured rezoning with the City of Fredericksburg, we are deep in the site development and planning process with our team of experienced engineers and contractors, working closely with City of Fredericksburg Planning staff.
